Website/ Newsletter and General Parent Queries

Charlotte Potter 

Charlotte will be responding to all general parent queries on the systems and procedures in school. These should be emailed to charlotte.potter@springbank.academy, Miss Potter will respond to these emails on a daily basis where required.

Heather Roper 
Heather will be responding to any emails that are regarding: tuck shop, dinner money and any other income coming into school i.e. music/piano lessons. These emails from parents should be sent to heather.roper@springbank.academy. These will be responded to within 48 hours. 

Safeguarding/counselling

Dawn Wigley
Dawn will be responding to any complex queries that parents have on the current school systems and any safeguarding concerns. She will also be there for any family who feel vulnerable in any way at all. Please email dawn.wigley@springbank.academy. These will be responded to as soon as possible.
