Breakfast club is available for children in Reception to Year 6.
Our breakfast will start at 8.00am and finish at 8.50am. Children must arrive no later than 8.25am to get breakfast.
Please make sure that your child does not arrive in school before this time as we are not legally covered by our insurance.
Due to the need of our extended services breakfast club we will now be operating a booking system (Booking form is attached to this email). We also require you to fill in the registration form which is attached to the terms and conditions document.
Places will need to be booked and paid for in advance, please make sure that your booking form and money are given to Mrs Roper in the office.
Prices:
£3.00 per child per session
£5.00 per family (2 or more children) per session
If you have paid for a place and your child is absent due to illness or pre-arranged absence, we will carry your credit to their next session.
If your child or children are registered as a Free School Meal, they will be able to access the breakfast club free of charge (Universal Infant Free Meals are not included).

Wrap-Around-Care 3.15pm-5.30pm is available for children in Reception to Year 6 - Starting from Monday 19th February 2024
We are pleased to announce that, starting after the February half-term, Springbank Academy will be offering Wrap-Around-Care to support our valued parents and carers. We understand the challenges faced by working families and want to ensure that we provide a safe and nurturing environment for your children beyond regular school hours.
- Our Wrap-Around-Care program will be available from 3.15pm to 5.30pm each day. We have carefully chosen this time slot to coincide with the typical finishing time of most working parents' jobs.
- Please see below costing. We know that budgeting is important, and we have endeavoured to keep the cost as low as possible to accommodate as many families as we can.
- We believe it is an excellent opportunity for your children to unwind, have fun, and enjoy a variety of activities in a supportive setting.
- Your child will be provided with a variety of snacks and drinks.
- Payments will only be accepted via the My Child at School platform.
- We highly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and enrol your child in our Wrap-Around-Care program. It will not only provide them with the chance to engage in structured activities and further their learning, but it will also alleviate some of the scheduling and logistical challenges that come with juggling work and family life.
- Booking form and Registration form will be available on the school website for you to complete. You can either email or print a copy to the school office. These must be completed before your child can join the Wrap-Around-Care sessions.

£45 for the week per child
